Position Summary
Our client, a leader in connectivity solutions, is seeking an experienced ISP Field Engineer to manage network installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, and access points.
2. Perform routine network inspections, diagnose issues, and execute repairs.
3. Respond promptly to customer service requests, providing effective solutions.
4. Plan and implement network upgrades, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
5. Conduct site surveys and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

At least 3 years of experience in ISP field operations.

Proficiency in network infrastructure and protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Willingness to travel as required.
