iFix Networks Limited – Fiber Internet Service Agreement
Thank you for choosing iFix Networks Limited! We’re excited to get you connected. Before we begin, please take a moment to review these simple terms.
1. Equipment
We will provide and install all the equipment you need to get started, including a fiber cable, an ONU Router, and a patch cable. Kindly note that all equipment remains the property of iFix Networks Limited.
2. Setup Fee
A one-time setup fee of ₦65,000 applies (this amount may be reviewed at any time). - This fee includes installation, one (1) ONU Router, and your first one-month subscription plan. - Additional devices (such as Wi-Fi extenders) are available at an extra cost. - Where installation requires more than 100 meters of fiber cable, additional charges will apply.
3. Subscription & Usage
A valid monthly subscription is required to keep your service active. - If subscription payments are not made for three (3) consecutive months, iFix Networks Limited reserves the right to deactivate your service and retrieve the installed equipment.
4. Activation
Your service will be activated once the setup fee (₦65,000, which includes your first month’s subscription) has been received.
5. Service Usage
We kindly ask that you use the internet service responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
6. Cancellation & Suspension
If subscription payments are missed or the terms of service are not followed, we may suspend your service and retrieve the provided equipment. - You may also choose to discontinue the service at any time by contacting us.
